3rd Group Standard Meeting on Disfiguring Skin Disease Popular Science Held at FIMAN Factory

Professor Fan Yibin and Professor Teng Yan from Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, Dr. Zhao Qing, Director and Deputy General Manager of FIMAN, together with dermatology experts across the country, renowned medical KOLs and representatives from media platforms, attended the third series meeting for the group standard Guidelines for Public Science Popularization on Disfiguring Skin Diseases.

Sponsored by the China Medical Education Association and organized by the Dermatology and Health Education Professional Committee under the association, the conference was held for one core purpose: to formulate standardized norms for the popular science dissemination of disfiguring skin diseases. Some experts participated online due to poor weather conditions.

Formulating this group standard is intended to define scientific bottom lines and raise the overall level of skin science popularization: all content shall be evidence-based and delivered via diversified forms. During the secondary review of the standard draft and collective discussion among all editorial board members, scientific accuracy and readability have always been the two fundamental requirements.
