Phase II Project of FIMAN Biotechnology Changchun Jingyue Factory Commences Construction

Nearly One Billion RMB Strategic Investment, Embodying Ambition in Collagen Intelligent Manufacturing

This groundbreaking represents another major strategic investment by FIMAN — the Phase II project of FIMAN Biotechnology Jingyue Factory is planned to invest 300 million RMB, and together with the already put-into-production Phase I of Jingyue Factory, the total investment has reached nearly 1 billion RMB. Upon completion, the total construction area of the project will be close to 50,000 square meters.

This land carries FIMAN’s ambition of deepening professionalism and pursuing excellence in intelligent manufacturing. Centered on high-standard intelligent design, the project will build a digital production system, automated production lines and a full-process quality control platform, creating an intelligent production and R&D platform for active collagen integrating R&D, pilot-scale testing and large-scale production. While improving production efficiency, it will also safeguard product quality with strict standards and set a new benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in the industry.

As the general contractor of this project, Mr. Zhang Yi, Chief Financial Officer of SINO Pharmengin Corporation (China National Pharmaceutical Group United Engineering Co., Ltd.), expressed that in the future, SINO Pharmengin will work together with FIMAN with concerted efforts to jointly build the Phase II new factory into a benchmark in the medical aesthetics industry.


As the joint constructor of this project, Mr. Zhang Jian, General Manager of Jiangsu Qi’an Construction Group Co., Ltd., stated that the company will form a strong alliance with SINO Pharmengin to ensure the efficient implementation of the project.
